在离心球墨铸铁管生产线中 ,铁水浇注流量系统的稳定与否直接影响管子的质量。本文通过对离心铸管机机液倾翻机构的分析 ,推导了等速板的型线方程 ,计算拟合了等速板的外形。在ADAMS软件中建立了仿真模型 ,验证计算结果 ,对受力进行了分析。

In the product line of centrifugal casting iron pipes,the flux stability of iron liquid watering affects the quality of the final products. In this article,the dumping machine for centrifugal casting iron pipes was analyzed,the profile equation of constant velocity board was deduced,and the shape of the board was thus computed out. In addition,the virtual mechanical model was built up in ADAMS,and the previous result was proved to be true.
