专用液压试验车的研制

摘要 某型号飞机的起落架和刹车阀液压系统需研制液压系统试验车 ,用以检测液压元件性能和系统整体性能。在认真研究技术要求的基础上 ,对试验车进行了设计。通过应用变频调速、闭环反馈的电液比例控制、脉宽调制、双启动按钮解锁、可编程逻辑控制和抗干扰技术 ,解决了专用液压试验车的技术难点 ,成功研制了功能灵活、操作简便、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强的专用液压系统试验车。 The hydraulic system of some type’s aircraft’s undercarriage and brake valve requires to develop a special vehicle for hydraulic system inspecting,which is to inspect the performance of the hydraulic component and the whole performance of system. On the basis of earnest research on the technique request,the special vehicle is designed. By means of applying frequency conversion and timing,electro-hydraulic proportional control with closed-loop feedback,pulse width modulation,double startup button to unlock,programmable logic control and anti-interference technique,the technique difficulty of the special vehicle is solved. And the special vehicle for hydraulic system inspecting,which is of flexible function,convenient operation,high reliability and strong anti-interference capacity,is successfully developed.
