摘要
本文针对电液比例阀控非对称缸系统位置控制实时性能差 ,系统具有较为严重时变性等特点提出了模糊 -PID控制策略。在对PID控制的响应特性进行详细分析的基础上 ,应用模糊控制技术 ,提出并设计了模糊 -PID控制器 ,较好的满足了控制要求。仿真研究结果表明 ,本文提出的控制算法具有结构简单、实时性好、响应快等优点。
For the problem of real-time control capability and time-variable of a proportional valve control unsymmetrical cylinder position control system,the policy of fuzzy-PID control to form close-loop control system was suggested. Base on the detailed analysis to response state of PID control,the technology of fuzzy control and table the arithmetic of fuzzy-PID control was applied,which preferably satisfied control request. The results of simulating study indicated that the control arithmetic was simple in structure,good in real time capability,fast in response.
