摘要
针对目前电动工具质量保证体系建立的现状 ,开发了往复类电动工具性能测试系统 ,主要对直流往复类电动工具进行寿命试验和模拟实用性试验。本文介绍了该系统的原理和结构 ,讨论了性能试验的内容和方法 ,并根据控制对象工况恶劣、非线性的特点设计了相应的控制算法 ,满足了试验精度和稳定性的要求。该系统已在实践中获得了应用。
In order to build the quality ensuring system of power tools,a kind of performance tester of reciprocating type power tools is developed,which can be applied to do life testing and simulation testing of tools. This paper presented the principle and structure of the testing system,discussed the methods of performance test. A kind of new control arithmetic was developed according to the bad work condition and nonlinear of the control object and satisfied the design requirements.
