摘要 目的 了解化学发光免疫分析检测生殖内分泌激素FSH、LH、E2 、PRL、T的性能。方法 使用化学发光免疫分析及其配套试剂对FSH、LH、E2 、PRL、T检测结果的线性、精度、互染率、可比性、抗干扰能力进行评价。结果 化学发光免疫分析及其配套试剂对FSH、LH、E2 、PRL、T检测结果的线性良好、批内精度、批间精度和总重复性CV %均 <12 %、互染率 <3% ,与放射免疫法 (RIA)同时检测 2 0份标本 ,其结果经统计学分析 ,两者相关性良好。结论 化学发光免疫分析技术检测生殖内分泌五项激素重复性好、灵敏度高、快速简便、无放射性污染 ,有推广应用价值。 Objective:Understanding the characteristics of chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) to test 5 sexual hormones FSH、 LH、E 2、 PRL and T.Methods:Analyzing the linearity, precision , cross-response-efficiency, comparability and the capability of anti-interference of 5 sexual hormones: FSH、 LH、 E 2、 PRL and T by CLIA and reagents.Results:CLIA and reagents test of FSH、 LH、 E 2、 PRL、 T have good linearity, high precision in group and between groups, and repetition CV% was less than 12%, cross-response- efficiency less than 3%.There was a good correlation between radioimmunoassay (RIA) and CLIA results of 20 samples results of 20 samples.Conclusions:The CLIA method offers a rapid, simple,highly repetitive, high sensitive and nonisotropic assay for the determination of FSH、 LH、 E 2、 PRL and T. It is worth being popularized.
