摘要
知识传递是知识创造和应用的一个重要基础,本文从知识特征入手,分析根据知识特征如何选择合适的知识传递媒体。首先,本文定义了知识歧义性,论证了知识歧义性与性息歧义性的本质一致,并指出减少歧义性的根本途径都是组织学习;然后论证知识歧义性是选择知识传递媒体的重要影响因素,并进一步指出知识的隐性特征是选择知识传递媒体的重要影响因素;然后引入信息富裕和媒体富裕的概念,得到知识特征与媒体富裕匹配规律,即知识的隐性特征越强,所需的媒体富裕度越高,最后用已有的实证研究证明了该规律的正确性。
Knowledge transfer is an important basis of knowledge creation and app lication. This paper analyzes the proper selection of knowledge transfer media a ccording to the knowledge characteristics. To begin with, this paper defines the concept of knowledge ambiguity, demonstrates the essential consistency between knowledge ambiguity and information ambiguity, and points that the basic approac h to reduce the ambiguity is organizational learning. Second, this paper expound s and proves that knowledge ambiguity is an important factor for the selection o f knowledge transfer media, so is the implied characteristic of knowledge. Third , the paper introduces the concept of information richness and media, and derive s the law that knowledge characteristics and media richness are matched, that is , the more implied characteristics the knowledge has, the higher extent the medi a richness needs. Finally, the law is proven by positive study.
