摘要
研究了铜(Ⅱ)对KClO3氧化中性红褪色反应的强催化作用,催化程度与铜(Ⅱ)量线性相关。基于此,建立了一种测定微量铜(Ⅱ)的新方法。结果表明,在pH值3的H2SO4溶液中,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为525nm,方法检出限为0.03μg/L。铜(Ⅱ)量在0~0.025mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,铜(Ⅱ)的加标回收率在99.0%~103.2%之间。本方法可用于测定电镀废水中的微量铜(Ⅱ)。
Trace Cu(Ⅱ) could mightily catalyze decolorization reaction of neutral red oxidized by KClO\-3, and its catalytic extent was liner with the contents of Cu(Ⅱ). Based on the study, a catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining trace Cu(Ⅱ) was developed. The results showed that the maximum absorption of color solution was at 525 nm in H\-2SO\-4 solution of pH=3, and the detection limit of the method was 0.03 μg/L for Cu(Ⅱ). Beer's law was obeyed for Cu(Ⅱ) in the range of 0~0.025 mg/L, and the standard recovery of Cu(Ⅱ) was 99.0%~103.2%. The method could be applied to the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) in electroplating wastewater with satisfactory results.
