It is with great pleasure that we announce the founding of a new journal named World Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine(WJTCM).which is a quarterly,peer-reviewed open access journal(ISSN 2311-8571)sponsored by the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies(WFCMS)In the past twenty years.Traditional Chinese medicine has made great progress both in basic research and clinical studies since Chinese government initiated the program called'TCM Modernization and Globalization'in 1996.Research activities focused on TCM theory,acupuncture.TCM chemistry,quality control,toxicology,pharmacology.
