摘要
目的探讨血清25-羟维生素D水平与儿童生长痛的关系。方法选取2016-02至2017-03在医院治疗的生长痛患儿78例(观察组),同时选取健康儿童70例为对照组,比较两组血清维生素D、血钙、血磷及骨密度水平;观察组患儿给予补充维生素D等综合治疗,观察疗效。结果观察组血清25-羟维生素D水平为(16. 73±3. 28) ng/ml,明显低于对照组的(30. 95±5. 67) ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);观察组和对照组血钙、血磷及骨密度检查比较,差异均无统计学意义;治疗有效组治疗后血清25-羟维生素D水平[(27. 24±3. 21) ng/ml]明显高于治疗无效组[(21. 08±2. 90) ng/ml],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);治疗有效组治疗后血钙、血磷及骨密度与治疗无效组比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论儿童生长痛可能与血清25-羟维生素D水平有关。
Objective To investigate the relationships between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels and growing pains.Methods Of all the hospitalized children in our department between February 2016 and March 2017,78 children with nonspecific lower-extremity pains met the inclusion criteria(the observation group),while another 70 healthy children were selected as the control group.The serum levels of vitamin D,calcium,phosphorus and ultrasonic bone mineral density were measured.The observation group was given oral vitamin D and other comprehensive treatment,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results The mean serum level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in the observation group was(16.73±3.28)ng/ml,compared with(30.95±5.67)ng/ml in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The levels of serum calcium,phosphorus and bone mineral density were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.5).After treatment,the mean serum level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in responders was(27.24±3.21)ng/ml,significantly higher than(21.08±2.90)in non-responders.The difference was also of statistical significance(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the level of serum calcium and ultrasonic bone mineral density after treatment between responders and non-responders(P>0.05).Conclusions The growing pains in children may be related to the levels of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D,which is worthy of further study.
