本文从国际终身教育和学习他社会概念的形成入手,探讨了“学习型城市”的发展历程,并对我国近年来涌现的“学习型城市”热潮的成固进行了分析,指出“学习型城市”的兴起是国际终身教育理念当今发展的重要形式,它在我国的兴起对知识社会来临和全球经济一体化的背景下提高城市的综合实力和文明程度具有重要的意义。

From the concepts of the lifelong education and learning society, the thesis retrospects the process of learning society and analyzes the cause of the rising of learning society in our country in recent years. It is concluded that the learning society is the important form of developmental idea of international lifelong education and it is significant for our city to improve the synthesis strength and increase the degree of city's civilivation.
