摘要 目的 探讨影响护理人员完成继续教育学分 (CCE)的因素。方法 采用问卷调查法 ,应用障碍量表调查了本院 6 2例护理人员。结果 量表中有 10条被认为是完成CCE的障碍 ,析因分析揭示了 8个方面的影响因素 ,影响最大的是“缺少适合的内容”。结论 护理管理者须通过各种形式给护理人员足够的支持 ,继续教育 (CE)组织者要在广泛调查学习需要的基础上 ,组织多种形式的高质量CE活动 。 Objective To explore influential factors in achieving continuing education credits by nurses. Method Questionaires by the use of 48 item “Deterrents Scale” (DS) to 62 nurses were analyzed. Result The respondents( n =56) selected 10 out of the 48 barrier choices presented in the questionnaire. Inflaential factor analysis revealed 8 factors. The most influential factor is factor 8 “Lack of relevant content”. Conclusion In order to help nurses achieving CCE,nursing administrator should do their best to give them support; organizer should provide high quality CE activities according to learning needs so as attract their to participation.
