团头鲂、鳙及其正反杂交种对暴发性鱼病的抗病力比较和发病机理的初步探讨 被引量:7

摘要 用从团头鲂分离得到的暴发性鱼病致病菌对团头鲂、鳙及其正反杂交种进行人工感染试验。发现:(1) 对此病抗病力的大小顺序是鳙>团头鲂(♀)×鳙(♂)>鳙(♀)×团头鲂(♂)>团头鲂;(2) 感染后,细菌进入血流生长繁殖,产生毒素,引起脏器中毒性病变,是一种败血症。 An artificial infection testing on blunt snout bream ,bighead, bream (♂)×bighead(♀),and bighead(♀)× brcam(♂)was done by isolated bacteria from blunt snout bream with outbreak disease. The major findings were:(1)Tbe ranges of resistance to out break discase was bighead >bream(♀)×bighead (♂)>bighead (♀)×bream (♂)>bream.(2)After infection, bacteria innovated into blood, reproduced, and produced toxin which caused the toxico—pathological changes of organs. The disease is a septicemia.
