摘要
用从团头鲂分离得到的暴发性鱼病致病菌对团头鲂、鳙及其正反杂交种进行人工感染试验。发现:(1) 对此病抗病力的大小顺序是鳙>团头鲂(♀)×鳙(♂)>鳙(♀)×团头鲂(♂)>团头鲂;(2) 感染后,细菌进入血流生长繁殖,产生毒素,引起脏器中毒性病变,是一种败血症。
An artificial infection testing on blunt snout bream ,bighead, bream (♂)×bighead(♀),and bighead(♀)× brcam(♂)was done by isolated bacteria from blunt snout bream with outbreak disease. The major findings were:(1)Tbe ranges of resistance to out break discase was bighead >bream(♀)×bighead (♂)>bighead (♀)×bream (♂)>bream.(2)After infection, bacteria innovated into blood, reproduced, and produced toxin which caused the toxico—pathological changes of organs. The disease is a septicemia.
