摘要
线阵TDICCD遥感相机的非均匀性标定对获取高质量的图像来说具有重要意义。由于线阵TDICCD、透镜等主要部件的生产过程与工艺过程的控制和材料的种类及性质的影响,所以使所获取的图像是非均匀的,在图像上表现为水平纹理。分析了非均匀性校正的算法。根据线阵TDICCD相机像素光电响应不一致的特点,运用了两点定标的非均匀性校正的算法。最后对校正前后的图像的标准方差进行了比较,得到了令人满意的结果。
The noncniformity demarcation of linear TDI CCD remote camera is essential to gain high quality image. Several methods of nonuniformity correction of the pixels are discussed. Based on linear photoelectric response of the individual pixel, it is possible to correct the pixel nonuniformity by twopoint spatial nonuniformity correction. The standard deviation for the images can be evaluated before and after the correction. The limits of the method are discussed.
