摘要
推导出余弦形单一超声变幅杆的等效四端网络参量.基于传递矩阵法,得到了具有余弦形过渡段阶梯形变幅杆的频率方程和振幅放大系数.在对前后段相等的这种复合变幅杆分析后发现,用余弦形变幅杆作阶梯形变幅杆的过渡段,可以得到较好的效果.
The parameters of equivalent fourterminal networks of the single cosine type ultrasonic horn are derived. Based on the transfermatrix method, frequency equation and amplitude amplification factor of the stepped type ultrasonic horn with transitional section of cosine type are given.This kind of horn that the front section' length is equal to the back section's is further analyzed, the results show there is better effect to use cosine type horn for transitional section of stepped type horn.
