亚胺-环氧粘合剂的制备及应用

Preparation and application of high temperature resistant and aero oil resistant imide-epoxy adhesive

以亚胺二元酸作为环氧树脂固化剂,通过环氧树脂的酯化和醚化制备亚胺 环氧粘合剂.试验表明,当该粘合剂亚胺含量达50%时仍可溶于一般非极性溶剂,固化后具有较高的耐热性和较好的耐航空润滑油性.

A kind of imideepoxy adhesive is prepared, in which imidecontained dibasic acid is used as curing agent of epoxy resin. The results show that the adhesive is still soluble in general nonpolar solvent though 50 % content of imide is introduced. After curee, the adhesive has high temperature resistance and excellent aero oil resistance.
