接种基枝藻培养绿毛龟的试验

Test of Green—haired Turtle Breeding by the Inoculation of Basicladia crassa

本试验分别采用了打磨龟背、营养液浸泡和奈乙酸溶液浸泡的处理方法。结果表明,奈乙酸溶液可使“冒绒”速度大大加快;奈乙酸对基枝藻孢子囊形成和孢子释放能起到促进作用,其适宜浓度为0.1～5ppm。

The article reports the procedure of treatment is as follows: first get the curvature of spinal column polished and then soaked in the nutrient solution and (or) naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) solution respectively. The NAA solution greatly speed up the budding of the spores. Experimental results show that NAA plays a positive role in sporangial formation as well as in producing spores. The favourable concentration of naphthalene acetic adid is in a range of 0.1—5ppm.
