The opportunities and challenges that Guizhou village enterprises face with are analysised in this text. The major problem of Guizhou village enterprises has been pointed out combined with the real data. And then the development approach of Guizhou village enterprises has been put forward, such as positively pushing on innovation, strengthening internal management, strengthening advanced science and technology, adjusting the industrial structure and the product structure, constructing the enterpise group, raising the scope of economy standard, and strengthening policy boot.
