摘要
针对某型国产公交客车早期失效的问题,采用三维板壳单元计算模型对客车整体骨架进行了有限元强度分析和提高其承载能力的研究,提出了改进措施,为客车维修和改进设计提供了可行的方案。
Due to the early failure of the city bus frame, the stress of the frame is calculated by finite element method with 3D shell element model and the improvement of the loading capacity of the bus frame is researched. Finally, a practical project is offered for bus maintenance and design improvement.
