Urban Operation in China Needs to Be Innovated

城市经营在我国的现阶段是一条城市管理发展阶段的有益的尝试。通过论述城市经营的背景以及由于我国城市管理和社会政治制度的一些的特点,指出了城市经营在现阶段存在的问题,城市经营本身具有很大的局限性,如城市经营的主体、目的、手段、及城市经营中的短期行为等。针对这些问题,提出了城市经营的几种创新思路。

Urban operation is a good try for urban management in urban development in China. Nevertheless, because of the characteristics of the Chinese urban management system and social political institutions, urban operation itself has substantial limitations such as aims, methods and operators. Urban operation badly needs to be innovated and some ways for innovations in this field are presented.
