摘要
中国IT软件企业目前主要的管理方式是以"项目"为主的,项目管理水平参差不齐,绝大多数IT软件企业或多或少地存在"项目黑洞":项目无法按期完成、项目工作难以协调、用户需求经常变动、工作质量难以保证.分析了IT软件项目特点,指出理想的IT软件项目管理模式应包括树立以"项目为中心的观念、建立良好的沟通机制和进度控制、拥有高素质的项目团队等,最后分析了IT软件项目管理的前景.
Item is regarded as principle in the primary management method of IT software enterprises in China. The current management level to items is uneven and more or less most of the IT software enterprises are suffering from so-called 'item black hole' in that items can't be finished on time,the work is difficult to correspond ,the clients varies frequently,the work quality can hardly be insured.So the IT enterprises are crying for item management.This article discribes the IT item management,then analyses the character of the software item,explores the pattern of item management,and finally describes the future of it.
