氧化镁法水解含铬革屑的氨基酸分析

Analysis of amino acid of hydrolysate and residue protein from chrome shavings with hydrolysis processes of magnesium oxide

利用氨基酸分析仪 ,对铬革屑的氧化镁法水解产物和水解残渣中的氨基酸组成进行了分析。发现有 8种氨基酸在残渣中的含量高于水解液中的含量 ,其中中性氨基酸比碱性氨基酸的含量高 。

Amino acid of hydrolysate and residue, made from chrome shavings with hydrolysis processes of magnesium oxide, were analyzed by amino acid analyzer. The result showed that the content of eight kinds of amino acid in residue is bigger than in hydrolysis, the content of neutral amino acid is bigger than alkali amino acid, and the content of amino acid with aryl group is bigger than that with aliphatic group.
