摘要
以胶原蛋白 (collagen,简称Co)、壳聚糖 (chitosan,简称Cs)、聚乙烯醇 (polyvinylalcohol,简称PVA)为原料 ,按一定比例三者共混 ,并加入适量戊二醛作为交联剂 ,在一定温度下制备成膜。通过测定共混膜力学性能、溶胀性和透光率等 ,确定最佳共混比例及其他条件。结果表明 :当胶原、壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇共混比例为 5∶4∶1时 ,共混膜的各项物理性能都较好 。
A certain ratio of collagen with chitosan and poly(polyvinyl alcohol, PVA), prepared from aqueous solution , were to get membranes with some temperature before adding suitable glutaraldehyde. The mechanics capability/ swelling capacity and light transmittance were determined to ascertain a best ratio of them and other conditions. The results indicated that all of the properties of blend membrane were preferable when the ratio of collagen/chitosan/PVA is 5∶4∶1.
