摘要 路优泰(neurostan)是圣约翰草(St. Johns wort),又名贯叶连翘的提取物,其中含贯叶金丝桃素、金丝桃素、伪金丝桃素和黄酮醇甙等成分,这些成分具有抗抑郁、焦虑和烦躁不安等作用.2002年7月-2003年2月,我们对路优泰进行了抗抑郁的疗效及对其血清细胞因子[包括白细胞介素1β、6(IL-1β、IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、干扰素(IFN-γ)]的影响观察,现将结果报告如下.
