摘要
目的 :观察茶多酚抗大鼠肝纤维化作用并探讨其作用机制。方法 :大鼠随机分成 5组 ,对其中 4组的每只大鼠酒精灌胃形成酒精性肝纤维化 ,其中 3组大鼠每天同时分别以不用剂量茶多酚灌胃 ;另设对照组。在 2 4周时观察分析各组大鼠的肝脏组织病理情况并进行定量分析 ,同时测定大鼠的血清抗脂质过氧化指标及血清内毒素水平。结果 :经茶多酚干预的各组酒精灌胃大鼠的肝纤维化程度较单纯酒精组轻 ;抗脂质过氧化、血清内毒素指标较单纯酒精灌胃组大鼠也均有不同程度改善。结论 :茶多酚有抗大鼠肝纤维化的作用。其作用机制可能与清除过多的过氧化脂质及降低内毒素水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of te a polyphenol(TP)'s on liver fibrosis in rats and its possible mechanism. Method: Rats were divided into 5 groups, 4 groups of which were sto mach perfused with alcohol resulting in alcoholic liver fibrosis, and 3 groups o f which were stomach perfused with TP simultaneously. Another group was normal c ontrol one. Histological change of rat liver was investigated and quantitative a nalysis was made in 24 weeks, and rat liver anti-oxidation index and serum endo toxin were determined at the same time. Result: Liver fibr osis in TP group was slight, and anti-oxidize index and endotoxin level were m arkedly improved in comparison with those of alcohol groups. Conclusi on: Tea polyphenol can protect hepatocytes from fibrosis. Its mechani sm is possibly due to cleaning up overfull lipid per-oxidation and reducing the level of endotoxin.
