臭牡丹化学成分的研究

Studies on Chemical Constituents in of Clerodendrum bungei

目的 :对臭牡丹进行化学成分的研究。方法 :溶剂萃取、色谱法分离化学成分 ,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果 :从全草氯仿部位分离得到 5个化合物 :β 谷甾醇 (1) ,蒲公英甾醇 (2 ) ,算盘子酮 (3 ) ,算盘子醇酮 (4) ,算盘子二醇 (5)。结论 :化合物 3 ,4。

Objective:To study the constituents from Clerodendrum bungei. Method: The constituents were isola ted and purified with chromatographic methods, and identified by NMR, MS and IR. Result: Five compounds were isolated, β-sitosterol(1), t araxerol(2), glochidone(3), glochidonol(4), glochidiol(5). Conclusion : Compounds(3), (4) and (5) were isolated for the first time from C .bungei.
