慢衰灵口服液治疗心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭临床研究

A Clinical Study on Manshuailing Oral Liquid in Treating Elder Patients with Congestive Heart Failure of Type Heart and Kidney Yang Deficiency

目的 :探讨慢衰灵口服液治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的临床疗效。方法 :90例患者随机分为中药组、常规治疗组各 45例 ,均给予同样的基础治疗 ,如强心、利尿等 ,中疗组在此同时加服慢衰灵口服液 ,6周后总结疗效。结果 :中疗组总有效率为 82 .2 % ,常疗组总有效率为 62 .2 % (P <0 .0 5) ;各组治疗前后组内比较 ,每搏输出量(SV)、心搏量指数、每分钟心输出量、心脏指数、左室短轴缩短率 (△D % )、二尖瓣 室间隔间距 (EPSS)均有显著改善 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;治疗后两组间比较 ,中疗组除SV外 ,其他各项指标均较常规治疗组改善更为显著 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :慢衰灵口服液可明显减轻CHF患者临床症状 ,降低EPSS ,提高△D % 。

Objective:To investigate the clinical eff ect of manshuailing oral liq uid on patients with congestive heart failure of type heart and kidney Yang deficiency. Method:90 patients of heart failure we re randomly divided into 2 groups. 45 cases in the routine treatment group(RT) r eceived general therapy including diuretics and digitalis, and 45 cases in the C hinese herb medicine group(CH) were treated basically with the above medicine, w ith additional manshuail ing oral liquid. The clinical effect was summarized 6 weeks after treatment. Result: Total effect rate was 82.2% and 62.2% in CH and RTgroup respectively. Compared with pretreatment, heart function including stroke volume(SV),stroke volume index(SVI),cardiac index(CI),shorten rate of left ventricular short axe ( △D%),distance of inter-ventricular septal to mitral valve (EPSS)were all i mproved significantly in both groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and with even be tter effects in the CH group than the RT group (P<0.05 or P<0.01),except the SV. Conclusion:Manshuailing oral liqui d can alleviate clinical symptom , decreased EPSS, increase △D% and improve h eart function.
