循证医学 (evidence- based m edicine)是医学发展史上的第三个里程碑。它强调临床研究证据、临床经验、病人选择的有机结合 ,更加重视以病人为中心的关于诊断、预后、治疗及康复等方面的高质量的临床研究证据。把循证医学的方法引入到中医临床研究中 ,将会使辨证标准更加科学化、客观化 ,从而进一步提高中医临床辨证诊断的水平 ,使其论治更加有效 。

Evidence-based medicine(EMB)is the third milestone in medicinal history.Combined with clinical researches and experiences,and organic choice of patients,it pays more special attention to the evidence of clinical research of patients'diagnosis,prognosis,treatment and recovery.The method of EBM introduced by TCM clinical research,will make the standard of differential diagnosis more objective and scientific.Furthermore,it will improve the level of TCM clinical differential diagnosis to have an effective treatment.It is also approved by the people of the same trade at home and abroad.
