从金元时期政治思想领域受到少数民族思维的冲击 ,学术气氛自由务实 :儒士从医 ,格物致知 ;政治格局变迁等各种社会因素 ,均对金元时期方剂学创新及交流特点产生较大的客观影响 ,分析这些影响 ,可以发现医学外部的社会因素对医学发展所起的作用。

The academic atmosphere in the Jin-Yuan dynasties was liberal and pragmatic due to the challenge of alien ethnic groups in political and mental provinces. The Confucians were engaging in medical profession and earnest to tackle things so as to acquire knowledge.Various social factors,such as the changes in political situation,etc.have great influence on the innovation and exchange characteristics in the discipline of prescription in the Jin-Yuan dynasties.By analyzing these aspects,the efects of social factors on the development of medicine and the discipline of prescription are found out.
