当归注射液对辐射损伤后小鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡影响的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨当归注射液对辐射损伤的卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :应用当归注射液对 6 0 Co- γ射线辐射损伤后的小鼠卵巢组织给予治疗 ,连续给药 30 d,通过脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)检测治疗后的卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡率。结果 :实验用药组卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡率显著低于实验对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 Objective:to investigate Chinese angelia injection on apoptosis of ovarian granulosa cells of radiated mice.Methods:the mice of the experimental group were injected with Chinese angelia injection intraperitoneally for 30 d by 60 Co-γ rays.While the mice of the control group were radiated by 60Co-γ rays(no injection of drug).The apoptosis were studied by using methods of terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferawe mediated dUTD nick end labing (TUNEL).Results: apoptosis of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.001).Conclusion:The data indicates that Chinese angelia injection can protect the apoptosis of ovarian granulosa cells of the mice which had been radiated by 60Co-γ rays.
