摘要
进修学习作为继续教育的一项重要内容 ,已逐步受到医疗机构的重视 ,接纳进修医师学习既促进了学科的交流与发展又实现了教育资源共享。介绍进修医师管理中的一些基本做法 ,强调业务学习和临床手术技能培养相结合的重要性 。
As an important part of continuing education, visiting study has been gaining more and more attention. As to hospitals or institutes, receiving visiting scholars can make full use of education resources and promote academic exchanges between doctors who have different background and experiences. The author presented in this paper some basic measures in administering visiting plastic surgeons in Plastic Surgery Hospital of Peking Union Medical College, stressed the importance of combining professional study with surgical skill training, and discussed some managing problems and relevant solutions.
