This paper mainly introduces the design and realization of a new opening toll collection station system which is based on the TCP/IP protocol.According to the idea of opening network and modularization structure,the system transmits data in TCP/IP protocol,and it integrates the toll,management and monitor.It can suit the situation of our country.
