胃肠道间质瘤32例临床病理分析及免疫组化研究

A Clinicopathologic and Immunohistochemical Study of 32 Cases of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

目的 :探讨胃肠道间质瘤的临床病理及免疫组化特点和诊断标准。方法 :对 32例胃肠道间质瘤进行常规病理检查及免疫组化染色。结果 :胃肠道间质瘤由梭形细胞和上皮样细胞组成 ,大多数病例CD1 1 7和CD34标记阳性。结论 :胃肠道间质瘤是胃肠道常见的非上皮性肿瘤 ,缺乏定向分化。CD1 1 7。

Purpose: To Investigate the clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical features and diagnostic criteria of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST). Methods: 32 cases of GIST were studied by routine stain and immunohistochemistry.Results:The GISTs showed two basic cell types spindle and epithelioid;in most tumor cells that were positivery stained for CD117 and CD34. Conclusion: GIST which have no evidenced of specific differentiation constitute the largest category of nonethelial neoplasms of gastrointestinal tract.The expression of CD117 and CD34 play an important role in diagnosis of GIST.
