摘要 凭借光镜和电镜、切片和涂片技术相结合之手段 ,作者对斯氏艾美耳球虫 (Eimeriastiedai)大配子发育及其超微结构进行了研究。大配子发育历经早、中、晚 (成熟 ) 3期。早期虫体以大核、大核仁和数个早期形态的成囊颗粒Ⅰ (WFⅠ )的出现为特征 ;中期虫体以成囊颗粒Ⅱ (WFⅡ )之出现为特征 ,含大量脂肪体和支链淀粉颗粒并出现小管构造 ;成熟期大配子体即大配子 ,被单层膜 ,WFⅠ和WFⅡ周边排列 ,含极多的脂肪体和支链淀粉颗粒 ,有一明显核仁的大核 ,小管构造增多。 Macrogametogenesis and its ultrastructures of Eimeria stiedai (Lindemann,1865) Kisskalt and Hartmann 1907 were studied with light and electron microscopy.A macrogamete is first identified by the appearance of a large central nucleus with prominent nucleolus,and subsequently by the appearance of Type Ⅰ wall forming bodies,then Type Ⅱ.The macrogamete is limited by an outer single membrane under which there are remnants of the inner pellicular complex.The parasitophorous vacuole,in which the macrogamete is located,is often narrow and contained no intravacuolar tubules or folds.As macrogametogony proceeds,wall forming bodies of Type Ⅰ and Ⅱ,canaliculi,lipids and amylopectin granules increased in number.Endoplasmic reticulum,mitochondria and Golgi bodies are present throughout.
