摘要
应用VOPBA (病毒辅覆蛋白结合分析 )技术 ,结合免疫印迹化学发光的方法在C6 36细胞上鉴定出了登革 2型病毒唯一的大小约为 35kDa的受体蛋白成分。为研究病毒对白纹伊蚊的感染机理打下了良好的基础。
VOPBA was used to identify the receptor of Dengue 2 virus on the C6/36 cells.One 35kDa protein molecule was found to be the receptor protein on the C6/36 cells.This study provide base for researches on the mechanism of Dengue virus infection in Aedes albopictus.
