摘要
目的总结自1980～2002年150例脑软化并发癫痫患者手术治疗的经验。方法所有病例均经癫痫专科门诊,系统药物治疗无效,影响生活才考虑手术。术前对发作类型及频率作出判断,并经神经放射学检查和脑电生理检查确定致痫灶及软化脑组织,对手术、手术发现、手术病理所见及手术并发症进行分析讨论。结果本组150例,手术治疗后120例癫痫停止发作,21例发作频率及程度明显减轻,9例无改善。无手术死亡。结论外科治疗对脑软化继发性癫痫是一种极为有效的治疗方法。
Objective To summarize the experience in resecting cerebromalacia for intractable epilesy.Methods The epilepsy surgery was selected after the systematical antiepileptic treatments were failed in150patients with intractable epilepsy caused by cerebromalacia.The epileptogenic focus was located by neuroradiology and electroencephalography examinations before the operation.The cerebromalacia which caused epilepsy was resected.The surgical findings,pathology and operative complications were analysed and discussed.Result Of150patients with intractable epilepsy,120were seizure-free after the surgery,21improved and9unchanged.Conclusion Epilepsy surgery was an effective treatment for the intractable epilepsy secondary to cerebromalacia.
