摘要
将轧辊与轧件的接触弧分段,用直线近似轧辊与轧件的接触弧。在卡尔曼微分方程的基础上,得到了前滑区、后滑区分段轧制力计算公式,积分后得到总轧制力计算公式。对不同条件下的热模拟试验机压缩试验数据,利用lstopt软件进行非线性拟合,得到铝合金变形抗力与变形温度、变形速率和变形程度之间的数学关系式。
The contact arc between roller and rolled piece was divided into several segments and approximated by straight line. The calculation formulas of rolling force for forward slip and backward slip segments were obtained based on Kalman differential equation. Then, the calculation formula of total rolling force could be obtained by integration. The compression test data of thermal simulation tester under different conditions were treated by nonlinear fitting using lstopt software. The mathematical relational expressions between deformation resistance and deformation temperature as well as deformation rate and deformation degree of aluminum alloy were obtained.
