摘要 试验对SWRCH18A冷镦钢拉拔过程中发现的线材表面横向疑似裂纹进行观察和分析。通过化学成分、金相组织、扫描电镜及能谱分析等全面探讨了横向疑似裂纹产生的根源。结果表明:线材表面疑似裂纹并非裂纹,而是由于盘条在生产过程中所用的轧辊辊环表面存在横向裂纹,轧辊表面裂纹遗传至线材表面,形成表面辊印所致。 The transverse suspected cracks on surface of wire rod of cold heading steel SWRCH18 A in drawing process were observed and analyzed. The causes of transverse suspected cracks were comprehensively discussed by chemical composition, microstructure, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that the suspected cracks on surface of wire rod were not real cracks. There were some transverse cracks on the surface of roll ring for the production of steel wire rod, which were genetic to the surface of wire rod. As a result, the surface roll marks were formed on the wire rod surface.
