摘要
某种弹性垫圈在使用了一段时间后发生了开裂。采用宏观检查、断口扫描、金相检查、硬度测试、化学成分分析等方法对失效垫圈进行综合分析。结果表明:垫圈的冶金特性符合相关要求;弹性垫圈基体中存在氢,服役过程中在应力作用下造成了弹性垫圈的氢致延迟开裂。
The cracking of one elastic washer was observed after a period of time of use. The failure of washer was comprehensively analyzed by macroscopic inspection, fracture scanning, metallographic examination, hardness test and chemical composition analysis. The results showed that the metallurgical property of washer met the relevant requirements. However, hydrogen existed in the matrix of elastic washer, which caused the delayed hydride cracking under stress effect in service process.
