摘要
为了分析采用GB/T 28900—2012《钢筋混凝土用钢材试验方法》中规定的手工法和GB/T 228.1—2010《金属材料拉伸试验第1部分:室温试验》中规定的引伸计法检测热轧钢筋最大力总伸长率指标结果的差异,做从同一包热轧盘卷不同圈中取样用两种方法检测的比对试验、同一根试样用两种方法检测的比对试验和在同一根试样用手工法在不同位置测量的比对试验,试验结果表明:组织更不均匀的热轧盘卷钢筋用引伸计法更合适,而手工法适合性能更均匀的直条钢筋,同时指出GB/T 28900—2012《钢筋混凝土用钢材试验方法》中"Agt的仲裁采用手工法检测"的提法值得商榷。
In order to analyze the difference of the test results of the total elongation at maximum force of hot-rolled steel bars obtained by the manual test method stipulated in GB/T 28900—2012'Test Method for Steel Used in Reinforced Concrete'and the extensometer test method stipulated in GB/T 228.1—2010'Tensile Test of Metal Materials Part 1:Room Temperature Test',the comparative tests by two methods for testing the maximum total elongation of hot rolled steel bars sampled from different coils of the same package and from the same sample were carried out respectively.The same sample at different positions only by hand test were carried out also.The results showed that the method of extensometer is more suitable for the hot rolled coiled bar with more uneven microstructure,while the manual method is more suitable for straight bars with more uniform performance.At the same time,it is also pointed out that in GB/T 28900—2012'Test Method for Steel Used in Reinforced Concrete'the'manual test for Agtarbitration'is worth discussing.
