摘要
某公司20Mn2半挂车轴在调质后矫直工序中,轴部位出现环状开裂现象,通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)等对环状开裂区域试样的显微组织与微区成分进行了分析。检测结果表明:半挂车轴出现的环状开裂与钢管靠近内壁区域局部存在的大量呈聚集状态分布的夹杂物有关。
The annular cracking phenomenon was occured on the 20 Mn2 semi-trailer axle in the straightening process after quenching and high temperature tempering.The microstructure and composition of the specimens in the annular cracking region were analyzed by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The test results showed that the annular cracking of the semi-trailer axle was related to a large number of aggregated inclusions near the inner wall of the steel tube.
