82B盘条拉拔横裂纹断裂分析

Fracture analysis of drawing transverse crack of 82B wire rod

采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、显微硬度计等对82B盘条钢拉拔横裂纹断裂试样进行了分析。结果表明:拉拔过程中产生白亮形变马氏体是盘条出现断裂的原因。对产生形变马氏体原因进行讨论,并提出了避免形变马氏体产生的措施。

Drawing fracture samples of 82 B wire rods were analyzed by the optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and micro-sclerometer(MS).The results showed that deformation martensite was the reason for82 B wire rods fracture during drawing process.The cause of occurrence of deformation martensite in 82 B wire rods was discussed,and the measures of avoiding the occurrence of deformation martensite were put forward.
