On the Legislation of Internet

互联网的法律控制问题十分复杂,现行的立法呈现出明显的滞后与局限,因此,有必要对网络立法进行深入研究。本文首先分析了互联网对传统法制带来的冲击,然后针对互联网的特性提出了相应的立法建议。

The problem of legal control of Internet is very complicated, and the present legislation presents apparent limitations, so it is necessary to deeply study the legislation of Internet. The article firstly analyzes the impact on traditional regimes of law, and then brings out legislation suggestions according to the characteristic of Internet.
