This article is to dicuss the legal liability of software end users which once invited much discussion. On the basis of defining the concept, using the idea of equality and under the available law and statute, this article is to dicuss mainly on such questions as the causes and fair use and the conclution is to be reached in the last that our correlative statutes are proper and reasonable。
