虚拟财产的理论分析

Basic Theories of Virtual Properties

本文主要分为五部分:第一部分从客观现象描述了虚拟财产的存在;第二部分讲述了虚拟财产作为一种观念形态在虚拟世界中的发展;第三部分从描述性角度对虚拟财产进行论证,指出从存在形体以及存续期间角度来看,认可虚拟物品的财产地位与传统财产制度并不存在冲突;第四部分从理论角度,运用功利主义理论、劳动报酬理论以及黑格尔人格理论的判定方法对认可虚拟物品的财产属性作了进一步的阐释。

The paper aims to justify the existence of property in virtual worlds from the point of philosophy.And the content consist of five parts.They are as follows: The Existence of Property in Virtual Worlds;'Early'Conceptions of Virtual Property;The Descriptive Account of Virtual Property(in this part,the authors analyze the Metaphysical Problems first,and then discuss the temporal restrictions about it.);The Normative Account of Virtual Property(this part introduce s three characteristic theories which named Utilitarian Theories of Virtual Property,Lockean Theories of Virtual Property and Personality Theories of Virtual Property).
