我国强制性标准与WTO/TBT关系研究——以WAPI标准为例
摘要
强制性标准是WTO/TBT项下的技术法规。我国制定强制性标准不仅应符合WTO/TBT规定的正当目标、限制性条件,而且还应遵守WTO的国民待遇原则。
