中国药品流通体系的现状、问题及发展方向

Status Quo,Problems and Development Direction of Medicine Circulation System of China

分析了我国药品流通发展现状,指出了我国药品流通存在的问题,并进一步分析了产生这些问题的原因是"以药补医"体制造成药品价格的扭曲、药品定价机制不合理、缺乏专业化中介组织等,最后指出了我国药品流通的未来发展方向:建立科学、高效、统一的药品流通政府监管体系、加快药品物流基础设施建设、逐步加强药品流通行业协会建设等。

This paper analyzes the status quo of the medicine circulation system of China,points out the problems existing in the medicine circulation in China,and through further analysis,identifies the causes of these problems to be the distortion of medicine price by the practice of 'supplementing hospital expenses with medicine revenue',the unreasonable medicine pricing mechanism,and the lack of professional intermediary organizations,etc.At the end,it proposes the future development direction for the medicine circulation industry in China,including establishing a scientific,efficient and unified government-supervised medicine circulation system,speeding up the construction of pharmaceutical logistics infrastructure,and gradually strengthening the development of medicine circulation associations,etc.
