长江干线港口铁水联运发展现状与对策

Development Status and Countermeasures of Rail-water Intermodal Transportation at Ports along Yangtze River Main Line

指出长江经济带发展已上升为国家战略,而推动铁水联运是长江经济带综合运输结构调整的重要举措,有利于降低能源、资源消耗,减少污染物排放,符合"生态优先,绿色发展"的政策导向。在充分调研的基础上,从基础设施、联运需求、运营组织等方面总结了长江沿线七省一市主要港口铁水联运发展现状及特点,对铁水联运发展中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了促进铁水联运发展的对策建议。

In this paper,we pointed out that the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has risen to the height of national strategy,and rail-water intermodal transportation is an important measure for the adjustment of the comprehensive transportation structure of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,which is conducive to reducing energy and resources consumption and cutting back pollutant emissions,and is in line with the orientation of the green development policy.On the basis of thorough investigation,we summarized the development status and characteristics of the rail-water intermodal transportation industry at the main ports of the seven provinces and one city along the Yangtze River from the aspects of infrastructure,market demand for intermodal transportation,and operation organization,etc.,analyzed the problems existing therein and put forward the countermeasures for the development of this industry.
