基于物资调配中心的省级电网物资供应保障体系研究

Research on Provincial Power Grid Material Support System Based on Material Allocation Center

针对电网物资供应保障体系构建中,调配机构设置与角色定位、供应业务规范和管理准则等方面存在的问题,提出了基于物资调配中心的"124"省级电网物资供应保障体系建设,提出了物资调配中心职责定位及其功能设置、管控业务规范和电网物资调配信息系统构建等内容,重点分析设计了四大管理业务规范。通过在国家电网浙江分公司的应用实践得到了理想的业务管理效果。

In view of the problems in the construction of the power grid material support system,the deployment and positioning of the functional bodies and the regulation and management of the supply activities,the paper proposes to construct the '124' provincial power grid material support system based on the material allocation center,defines the responsibility and functional configuration of the material allocation center,the activity management and control specification and the construction of the power grid material allocation information system,etc.,and focuses on analyzing the four major rules for the management of the activities in the center.
