现代学徒制在职业教育人才培养模式中具有诸多优点,从冷链物流人才培养目标定位、招生招工方式、教学方案、课程体系、师资队伍体系、多元评价体系、管理标准与制度建设、毕业与就业等方面阐述分析现代学徒制的冷链物流人才培养模式的构建思路,并提出相应的对策与建议。

In this paper,from the aspects of target & orientation,enrollment & recruitment mode,teaching plan,curriculum system,teacher team system,diversified evaluation system,management standards and system construction,graduation and employment,etc.,the line of thinking for the construction of the cold chain logistics talent training mode based on the modern apprenticeship system is explained,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions proposed.
