摘要
文章运用SWTO分析法,剖析江汉油田分公司盐化工总厂内、外部优势以及环境对工厂今后发展的影响,从而确定了盐化工总厂以调整产品结构为主的发展战略,在实践中收到了较为明显的效果。
With SWTO analysis law, this paper has analyzed the internal and external advantages of the salt and chemical complex of Jianghan oilfield branch company, as well as the influence of the environment for the factory development in the future, thus has determined the development strategy of the salt and chemical complex is mainly to adjust production structure, and has received obvious effects.
